Cancellation Policy

Thank you for subscribing to AIBox100 directory services. We make cancellation easy so you can control your billing at any time.
1. Self-Service Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account dashboard at https://aibox100.com/login.
- Navigate to the Billing or Subscription section under account settings.
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm the prompt.
Once confirmed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email indicating your subscription has been set to cancel.
2. Access After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription, your premium access does not end immediately. Your account will remain active with all plan benefits (e.g., custom tool profiles, data analytics, or API calls) until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
3. Manual/Support Cancellation
If you encounter any technical issues cancel-proofing your subscription via the dashboard, you can request cancellation by contacting our support team at [email protected].
Please make sure to send the request from the email address associated with your subscription, and allow up to 48 business hours for manual processing.
4. Merchant of Record Cancellation Links
If you made your purchase through our Merchant of Record partners (like Paddle or Creem), you can also manage or cancel your subscription directly through their secure buyer support portals or links included in your original purchase receipt email.
5. Fees and Charges
There are absolutely no cancellation fees or penalty charges. You only pay for the time you subscribe.
