Listing Policy

AIBox100 is dedicated to providing a high-quality, trusted, and compliant directory of artificial intelligence software and services. This Listing Policy outlines the criteria for submitting and maintaining listings on our platform.

1. Prohibited Tool Categories

To maintain a safe, legal, and payment-compliant environment for our users and billing processors, AIBox100 strictly prohibits and does not list AI tools that fall into the following categories:

• Adult & Explicit Content: NSFW generators, adult roleplay/chatbots, dating or intimate companion products, dirty talk generators, virtual companions designed for explicit adult interaction, and OnlyFans automation/scraping tools.
• Gambling, Betting & Sweeps: Sports prediction bots, poker helper algorithms, card counters, lottery prediction systems, or sweepstakes tools.
• System Bypassing & Anti-Detection: AI bypass tools, AI anti-detection rewriters designed to trick academic, publishing, or plagiarism check systems, homework/essay mills, or academic cheating services.
• Copyright Circumvention & IP Infringement: AI watermark removers, copyright-circumventing media rippers, non-consensual clothing removal, face-swap, deepfake, voice impersonation, celebrity voice cloning, or tools infringing third-party platform terms or IP.
• Regulated Financial & Crypto Trading: Crypto/NFT trading signals, stock trading automation bots promising guaranteed returns, financial advice tools, and unregulated investment advisory platforms.
• Unregulated Professional Advice: AI tools acting as alternatives to certified medical diagnosis, therapy replacement, drug/pharma products, or professional legal representation without credentials and disclosures.
• Spyware, Malware & Bot Abuse: Software designed to generate phishing campaigns, automated social engineering spam, keyloggers, device unlocking, captcha solving, proxies/VPN abuse, or botnet controllers.

2. Permitted and Curated Categories

We welcome submissions that focus on professional, creative, and educational utility, including but not limited to:

• Writing & Content: Blog generators, copywriting assistants, email writer widgets, and grammar helpers.
• Office & Productivity: PPT layout tools, automated spreadsheet helpers, meeting summarizers, and task planners.
• Coding & Development: Developer APIs, code completion assistants, no-code builders, and database queries tools.
• Education & Translation: Study helpers, flashcard generators, language coaches, and translation tools.
• Design & Creative: Image enhancers, professional graphic design, UI/UX helpers, and logo generators.

3. Review and Verification Process

All tool submissions (free or priority) undergo review by our editorial team:

• Manual Review: We verify the URL, verify that the service is functional, review the pricing details, and ensure it complies with this Listing Policy.
• Rejection Right: AIBox100 reserves the right to reject any tool submission or remove existing listings without warning if they violate this policy.
• Listing Policy Compliance: Paid plan submissions must comply with the same standards. Submitting a tool via a paid queue or package does not guarantee listing approval if the tool violates this Listing Policy.

4. Refund and Rejection Policy for Paid Submissions

For paid submissions (Featured Plan at $19.99), the following refund and rejection rules apply to ensure fairness:

• Prohibited Categories: Paid submissions that violate our Prohibited Tool Categories (Section 1), promote illegal acts, contain adult content, or are fraudulent are strictly non-refundable. This policy is in place to discourage spam and abuse.
• Temporary Review Rejections: If a tool is rejected due to temporary issues (e.g., website downtime, description formatting issues, or minor listing errors), we will send a rejection reason. The submitter may fix the issues and reply to the review email or contact [email protected] to re-submit for review without paying again.
• Refund Eligibility: If your tool is rejected for reasons other than a direct violation of Section 1 (e.g. high category saturation or editorial mismatch) and cannot be listed, you are eligible for a full refund of the $19.99 fee. Please contact us to request the refund within 14 days of rejection. Refunds are processed securely by the Merchant of Record shown at checkout and usually take 5-10 business days to clear.

5. Reporting Violations

If you find a listed tool that violates this Listing Policy, please notify us immediately by emailing [email protected] with the tool's details.
