1. Service Description

AIBox100 provides a directory platform to help users discover and compare AI software. We also offer paid subscription plans for tool creators and developers:

• Free Submissions: Queue-based review for inclusion in the directory.
• Pro Tool Profile: Paid profile management, enabling developers to customize logo, description, screenshots, and view basic click statistics.
• Growth Plan: Advanced statistics, multiple profile management, and recommended category placement.
• Data API: Developer API access to our curated directory categories and search list metrics.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our services require a paid subscription. All payments are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. We partner with secure payment platforms (such as Paddle or Creem) acting as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize these payment processors to charge your payment method for recurring plan fees, including applicable sales tax or VAT. For transactions processed by Paddle, you agree to the Paddle Buyer Terms. For transactions processed by Creem, you agree to the Creem Terms of Service.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policies

Your subscription cancellation and refund rights are governed by our specific policy pages:

• Cancellation: You can cancel your auto-renewal at any time via your account billing panel as detailed in our Cancellation Policy.
• Refunds: New subscriptions and renewal payments are eligible for a refund within a 14-day window under the terms described in our Refund Policy.

4. Tool Submission & Listing Policy

Developers submitting tools to our directory must comply with our Listing Policy. We strictly prohibit high-risk content, including but not limited to adult content (NSFW/virtual companions), gambling helpers, tools designed to bypass AI detection, non-consensual image manipulation, and copyright-infringing tools. We reserve the right to remove or decline any tool listings that violate these standards at our sole discretion.

5. User Accounts

To access paid features or submit tools, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and are liable for all actions taken under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

The layout, design, software, database, and content (excluding third-party tool metadata and logos) of AIBox100 are the intellectual property of WDM. If you believe any content on our platform infringes your copyright, please submit a claim in accordance with our Copyright Policy (DMCA).

7. Disclaimers & Liability Limits

AIBox100 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% server uptime, search rankings, referral traffic, or conversion rates for listed tools. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WDM's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in California.
