At AIBox100, we value the trust of our customers. This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions under which you may request a refund for our paid services.
1. Refund Eligibility Window
We offer a 14-day refund window for new subscription plans under the following conditions:
- New Subscriptions: You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days from the initial purchase date.
- Renewal Payments: Renewal payments may be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date, provided the request is made in good faith and the service (e.g., API calls or profile features) has not been substantially used.
- Annual Plans: Annual plans follow the same 14-day window for a full refund. Beyond 14 days, you may cancel your auto-renewal for the next billing cycle, but no partial refunds will be issued.
2. Prohibited & Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- If your tool listing is suspended, removed, or rejected because it violates our Listing Policy (e.g., adult content, gambling, system bypass tools). It is the user's responsibility to ensure their tools comply with listing standards before purchasing a plan.
- If we detect fraudulent activity, account abuse, or sharing of developer API keys.
- If the API token has been heavily consumed or used to scrape platform database information.
3. Merchant of Record
Our subscription plans and directory services are processed through secure payment partners acting as the Merchant of Record (such as Paddle or Creem). Consequently, payments, invoices, tax handling, and refund disbursements may be managed directly by our payment processor on behalf of AIBox100.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
- Your account email address
- The order reference/transaction ID from your invoice
- The reason you are requesting a refund
We review all requests and will respond to you within 24 to 48 business hours. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
5. Policy Updates
AIBox100 reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time to stay compliant with our payment processor requirements or legal shifts. Any updates will be posted on this page with the modified "Last Updated" date.
