AIGC Usage Guidelines & Content Standards
Last Updated: November 2026 | Effective Date: Immediately
Overview & Purpose
AIBox100 is committed to fostering a safe, responsible, and compliant artificial intelligence ecosystem. This AIGC (AI-Generated Content) Usage Policy and Content Standards set clear expectations for all users, registered developers, subscribers, and third-party tools listed or integrated across our platform—including any content generation, text-to-speech, image synthesis, upscaling, or media alteration technologies.
1. Six Strictly Prohibited Content Categories
Users, contributors, and tool operators are strictly forbidden from generating, publishing, promoting, facilitating, or linking to any content falling into the following six prohibited categories:
1Sexually Explicit & NSFW Content
Explicit adult pornography, depictions of sexual intercourse, acts of sexual violence, non-consensual sexualized imagery, prostitution, escort services, sexually explicit interactive companions, dirty talk generators, or adult roleplay algorithms.
2Violence & Gore
Explicitly Prohibited: Depictions, descriptions, or simulation of extreme physical violence, severe bodily harm, graphic bloodshed, human mutilation, torture, decapitation, mass casualty events, acts of terrorism, animal cruelty or slaughter, instructions or encouragement for suicide or self-harm, or content that glorifies, incites, or celebrates real-world physical violence against individuals or groups.
3Hate Speech & Harassment
Explicitly Prohibited: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, discriminates against, disparages, or dehumanizes individuals or protected classes based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or veteran status; severe harassment, cyberbullying, doxxing (publishing private personal data), stalking, intimidation, defamation, or extortion.
4Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) & Child Exploitation
Absolute Zero-Tolerance: Any depiction, generation, description, sexualization, grooming, or exploitation of minors or children is strictly and unconditionally prohibited. Violations trigger immediate account termination, irreversible content removal, evidence preservation, and proactive reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as well as competent global law enforcement authorities.
5Deepfakes, Deceptive Impersonation & Non-Consensual Media
Creating deceptive synthetic media, face swaps, clothing removal, or synthetic voice cloning to impersonate real persons (living or deceased) without explicit legal authorization; non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII); or manipulative media engineered to disrupt public elections or commit financial fraud.
6Copyright & Trademark Infringement
Generating or listing content that unlawfully infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, patents, or proprietary rights; commercial distribution of unauthorized protected characters; or automated tools designed to remove watermarks or circumvent DRM protections.
2. User Reporting Channels
We maintain active and transparent reporting channels to allow users, creators, rights holders, and visitors to flag content or listed AI software that violates our policies:
Information to Provide in a Report:
- Target Information: Offending tool URL, page link, or specific asset on AIBox100.
- Violation Category: Specific prohibited category (e.g., CSAM, Violence & Gore, Hate Speech, NSFW, Deepfake, Copyright).
- Evidence & Description: Detailed explanation and factual evidence (e.g. screenshots, prompt input/output logs, original copyrighted work URLs).
- Contact Details: Your name and email address for our compliance team to respond and verify.
Report confirmation: AIBox100 acknowledges all valid compliance reports within 24 hours of receipt.
3. Platform Content Moderation & Enforcement Mechanism
AIBox100 employs a comprehensive content moderation workflow combining automated screening and human oversight to swiftly eradicate harmful or non-compliant content:
Step 1: Pre-Submission Screening & Automated Filtering
Tool submissions, metadata, descriptions, and user inputs are subject to automated keyword filters and safety heuristics. Content exhibiting signals of prohibited categories is halted before publishing.
Step 2: Rapid Human Review & Triage SLA
Incoming user and third-party reports are triaged by our dedicated moderation staff. Regular complaints are resolved within 24 to 48 hours. Critical safety threats (CSAM, immediate terror, extreme violence, or self-harm) are handled under emergency protocol within hours.
Step 3: Enforcement Actions
Upon confirming a policy breach, AIBox100 enforces immediate corrective actions proportional to the infraction:
- Immediate removal and permanent delisting of the tool listing or content.
- Permanent suspension or ban of offending user accounts and developer profiles.
- Forfeiture of active subscriptions and submission fees without refund.
- Blacklisting of domains, payment accounts, and associated network identifiers.
- Referral of illicit activities and audit logs to law enforcement agencies and child-protection registries.
Step 4: Appeals Procedure
Tool developers or account holders who believe an enforcement decision was made in error may file an appeal by contacting [email protected] within 14 calendar days. Please include full contextual justification and proof of compliance. Appeals are reviewed by our senior compliance team within 3 business days.
4. Merchant of Record & Regulatory Alignment
AIBox100 operates in full compliance with requirements set forth by our Merchant of Record partners (including Waffo, Paddle, and Creem) and global card payment network regulations (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). We periodically audit directory listings and maintain strict content standards to ensure that all services remain lawful, transparent, and secure.
